Despite a modest turnout, last Friday’s Banneroo show was an incredible entertainment event for those who attended.
While headliner-to-be Breathing Underwater was unable to perform due to a last minute injury to its drummer, Fenton band KKTO stepped into the lineup and performed admirably with such short notice.

Catch the Artisans, Oracle, the Death Tongues, and Breathing Underwater this Friday, April 17 at Banneroo 2009 in the GBHS East Campus commons. The opening band will begin playing at 6 p.m. Admission is $5 at the door, or $4 if you bring a canned good. Additional donations for the food bank are encouraged.

Voting has begun for Banneroo 2009! Select your favorite three bands and cast your ballots. Polling closes at midnight on this Thursday night. The top bands will be selected to open up the show on April 17.
