Fall television shows keeping things interesting

Shows like House continue to keep viewers interested after numerous seasons.
Whatever your television show interests–be it average people with amazing abilities, paramedics saving lives in dangerous situations, or talented dancers doing amazing tricks–this autumn’s television shows will not disappoint.
Leave your skeptical thoughts by the wayside when the remote’s in hand. Even though it’s common knowledge that the great minds behind the shows on television can get a little carried away with ridiculous ideas for a new series–no need to remember failures like Drop Dead Diva on Lifetime, Pushing Daisies on ABC, or Privileged on the CW–don’t let those negative connotations cloud judgment.
Let those memories fade away with the first glance at the fall’s line-up. New shows like FlashForward and Trauma bring a refreshing newness to evening television. Although the medical topic seemed to be on its last tired leg after shows like ER, Third Watch, and Grey’s Anatomy hobbled along season after season, Trauma goes after the on-the-scene aspect and passed all expectations.
Of course, television shows that have been on for a few seasons are giving the new shows a fight for numbers. Two and a Half Men, Chuck, and Heroes are only a few on the long list of returnees that are still keeping the plot interesting to watch. Unlike countless shows that have slipped off the radar into oblivion, shows such as How I Met Your Mother and House have found a way to overcome the “Now what?” hurdle and keep viewers watching week after week, season after season.
Although the stresses of school, jobs, and extracurricular activities eat up large quantities of energy, find some time to see what all the commotion’s about on television this autumn.
